PACKAGING

Orders that are art prints, stickers and enamel pins are inserted into a plastic sleeve with chipboard and packaged either in a rigid or padded flat envelope.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders that are art prints, stickers and enamel pins will be shipped from Boston, MA (USA) within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped you will recieve an email letting you know that your order is on its way.

Domestic: Tracked USPS First Class Letter mail.

International: Untracked USPS First Class Letter.
*If you would like tracking with your order please send me an email for additional shipping fee depending on your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

These estimations are average ranges based on prior orders.

  • USA First Class Mail: 3 days - 2 weeks
  • Canada: 2 - 4 weeks
  • Everywhere else: 4 - 8 weeks

 

VAT & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please note that international customers are responsible for any custom fees, duties, and tariffs that may be charged in your country at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information about your country's policies.

Also, USPS can no longer accept or deliver international mail to several countries due to COVID-19 service impacts. See link below reguarding current countries with temporary service and guaranteed-delivery suspensions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED IN THE ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delievery time, please contact me with your order and we will try to figure something out.

There is a window of 60 business days after your shipping notification to help you with order related issues. Please contact me within the time frame otherwise I am unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and the post office not being able to provide any extra assistance.

If the mail is returned to me due to undelivered, reshipment fees will be apply.

Please double check that the address submitted in your order is correct. I am not responsible for lost mail due to inaccurate mailing address and your order will not be refunded.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

All items are final sale. I don't accept exchanges or returns. I do allow order cancelation as long as your order has not shipped yet.

 

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED OR MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Please know I try to package every order with care and try to make it as durable and safe for transport as possible. Unfortunately I cannot control how the package is treated once it leaves my hands. Because of this, I cannot offer full refunds or exhanges for items damaged due to post office or travel errors.

However, if the item arrived severly damaged due to shipping errors, please send me pictures of 1] before photo of damaged unopened package and 2] photo of unopened damaged item so I can offer to ship a replacement to you at 50% off the original price and shipping total. This will need to be paid by you through invoice.

CAN I REPOST YOUR ART OR USE IT AS MY AVATAR, BANNER, ETC?

Reposts and other non-commercial usage of my illustrations are fine as long as you explicitly credit me as tinat8m/@tinat8m and directly tag (if the platform allows it) or visibly link back to the original post of the artwork. Please do not edit my illustrations (applying filters, editing colors, drawing over, etc.) Please do not use any commisioned art for any purpose, whether it's fanart of not. Thanks you for your understanding.

DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS ANYWHERE ELSE?

I sell at anime or comic conventions mainly in the Massachusetts area. Please check my convention schedule on the events page. All other platforms selling or claiming to sell my artwork are doing so without my permission. Please do not purchase from other sellers looking to profit off of stolen work.
